Botox, planned to anatomy.

Anti-wrinkle treatments use botulinum toxin to temporarily relax selected muscles — softening lines caused by facial movement, refining balance, reducing excessive muscle activity and creating a fresher, more rested appearance.

Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, and treatment is only carried out following a medical consultation. We only use prescribed BOTOX brand, obtained through an approved pharmacy. The aim is never a frozen appearance — it is a natural, balanced and refreshed result.

Where we treat

01

Forehead Lines

Forehead lines develop from repeated movement of the frontalis muscle. Treatment can help soften horizontal lines across the forehead while maintaining natural expression and brow position.

02

Frown Lines / Glabella

The glabella is the area between the eyebrows. Treatment here can help soften frown lines, reduce a tired or angry appearance and create a more relaxed look.

03

Crow's Feet

The fine lines that appear around the outer corners of the eyes when smiling or squinting. Treatment can soften these lines while preserving a natural smile.

04

Fox Eye / Brow Lift Botox

Carefully placed botulinum toxin around the outer brow and eye area subtly lifts the tail of the brow, creating a more lifted, refreshed eye shape. The aim is always subtle — Botox cannot replicate the results of a surgical brow lift or thread lift, and the degree of lift depends on your individual anatomy, brow position, eyelid heaviness, muscle strength and skin quality.

05

Masseter Botox

Used for both medical and aesthetic reasons. Medically, it may help reduce overactivity of the masseter muscles in patients who clench or grind, or experience symptoms related to jaw tension or TMJ dysfunction. Aesthetically, it can help slim the lower face and create a softer, more tapered jawline — most effective where facial width is caused by overactive or enlarged masseter muscles rather than bone structure or fat.

06

Nefertiti Neck Lift

Treats selected muscles around the lower face, jawline and neck to improve jawline definition and reduce downward pull. Suitable for patients with early softening of the jawline or neck bands, depending on anatomy and skin quality.

07

Neck Bands / Platysmal Bands

Softens prominent vertical neck bands caused by overactivity of the platysma muscle, helping create a smoother neck appearance in suitable patients.

08

Nasal Flare Botox

Targets the muscles that widen the nostrils when smiling, laughing or breathing deeply — reducing excessive nasal flaring in suitable patients.

09

Lip Flip

Small doses of botulinum toxin around the upper lip relax the muscle that pulls the lip inward, helping the upper lip appear subtly fuller when smiling without adding volume. Different from lip filler and does not change the structure of the lip.

10

Gummy Smile

Targets the muscles that lift the upper lip. In suitable patients, it can reduce excessive gum show when smiling and create a more balanced smile.

11

Trapezius Botox

Targets overactivity or bulk in the trapezius muscles — used aesthetically to create a longer, softer neck and shoulder profile, and in selected cases where muscle tension contributes to discomfort.

12

Hyperhidrosis / Excessive Sweating

Reduces excessive underarm sweating by temporarily blocking the signals that stimulate sweat glands. Hyperhidrosis treatment is offered at the Manchester clinic only, in line with CQC compliance.

What to expect

Your appointment begins with a consultation to assess your concerns, medical history, facial anatomy, muscle movement and suitability. If appropriate to proceed, small amounts of botulinum toxin are injected into carefully selected points using a fine needle. The treatment is usually quick and involves minimal downtime.

Most anti-wrinkle treatments take approximately 15 minutes. Larger or more advanced areas — masseter, trapezius, neck bands or hyperhidrosis — may take slightly longer.

Results usually begin within a few days, with full results typically seen around 10–14 days after treatment. In areas such as masseter or trapezius, the result is usually visible after around 4 weeks. The final result should not be judged immediately after the appointment.

Results usually last around 3–4 months, although this varies with treatment area, dose, muscle strength, metabolism, lifestyle and individual response. Masseter and hyperhidrosis treatments may last longer in some patients.

Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness at injection sites, headache, temporary tightness or heaviness, asymmetry, uneven smile, brow heaviness, eyelid or brow droop, dry or watering eyes, temporary weakness of nearby muscles, difficulty chewing following masseter treatment, smile changes following lower face or masseter treatment, temporary swallowing difficulty (particularly with neck treatment), neck weakness (particularly with trapezius or neck treatments), rare allergic reaction and rare spread of toxin effect.

Suitability for all treatments is discussed during consultation. Treatment is only offered where it is clinically appropriate and safe to proceed.
